Ethos & Company was founded in 2002 by senior consultants from McKinsey & Company.

What began as a small firm of 2 has grown over the past 7 years into a firm with close to 30 experienced consultants drawn from renowned universities, MNCs and other international consulting firms.

Much of our early work focused on strategy design and performance management. Since then, we have expanded our suite of services to help clients address key business and policy issues, e.g. charting a growth strategy, evaluating and structuring acquisitions and joint ventures, improving business performance and increasing operational effectiveness.

Our engagements often start from upfront planning and extend to implementation. Since inception, we have served more than fourty GLCs, MNCs and Government institutions, many of them repeatedly. We have also served regional clients in Singapore, Indonesia and Australia.
