- Validate the client’s growth strategy (only if not developed by Ethos)
- Assess strengths and weaknesses of current organisation
- Benchmark against other organisations that the client may want to emulate
- Develop 2 – 3 strategic options
- Develop detailed structure – from a legal entity perspective and management / core competency perspective
- Develop high-level modus operandi
- Identify impact and migration path from old to new structure
