- Validate the client’s growth strategy (only if not developed by Ethos), paying particular attention to major business and support activities, and geographical centres of operations
- Codify major business processes and capabilities
- Analyse similarities and differences of major processes by business units and geographies
- Analyse major cost and revenue drivers
- Develop options for shared services model / process restructuring
- Develop detailed organisation and process design – defining which capabilities should be shared and which capabilities should not be shared
