- Design key performance indicators (KPIs) based on Balance Scorecard principles, both at the corporate as well as departmental and individual levels;
- Develop KPIs and targets that are based on industry benchmarking and/or by working backwards from a long term vision;
- Provide clear process for developing, reviewing and cascading KPIs to lower levels of the organization;
- Translate the KPIs into action plans that the divisions or teams would need to carry out in order to meet the targets.
