Performance Management process Review

  • Conduct reviews of the effectiveness of an organisation's performance management process, including employee appraisals and feedback processes and employee annual compensation process (linkage to performance);
  • Provision of improvement recommendations and subsequent redesign of the performance management process;
  • Improve management reporting and discussions to be based on action plans, progress and issues faced; not just numerical reporting. This enables a more meaningful and constructive performance review to be held.
