Operational Transformation

  • Develop and execute support for comprehensive programme to increase revenue and reduce operational cost by pulling all levers; these include pricing, tactical CRM, local market planning, sales force effectiveness, retail network productivity, risk management, collections etc.;
  • Facilitate inter-divisional collaboration to identify areas in the operations which provided immediate opportunities to grow;
  • Coach client team members in performing analysis and presenting information for decision making either to top management, Board of Directors, customers or joint-venture partners;
  • Ensure focus and follow through
  • Sit in Programme Management team, providing progress reports to top management and escalating decisions that need to be made.
