Work-life balance
In general, on a client engagement you'll spend your time identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and performing analyses, synthesizing conclusions, developing recommendations, presenting results to the client's management and helping to strategize and implement change.
A large portion of this will be done in a team environment (engagement teams usually consist of 3-5 associates/senior associates led by an Engagement Manager), and you can expect a fair amount of discourse and brainstorming. Even our junior associates are given real responsibilities, and are expected to contribute towards our recommendations to clients. Typically, client engagements last between 1-6 months, depending on the nature of the work.
Working at Ethos also means that you will have access to great company whether at work or at play, support and encouragement in pursuing your outside-of-work passions, and avenues to contribute to the society in small or large ways.
At the end of the day, working at Ethos is all about the people - whether it is the colleagues we work with, the clients we serve, or the community around us.
